With experience in both frontline service delivery and leadership, she has worked directly with individuals facing housing instability, mental health challenges, addiction, diverse abilities, and complex care needs.
Based in Revelstoke, BC, Katie brings a practical, hands-on approach to accreditation and quality assurance, helping organizations build strong, client-centered programs. She holds a degree from Simon Fraser University.
